If I could give zero stars I would. Seen by 2 of their doctors and was told I had internal hemorrhoids, never once mentioned external and they could take care of it during a colonoscopy. That is the only reason that I agreed to do it. Get done and they tell me that I don't have internal that they're external and a different surgery would be needed. Then my wife asked the doctor if I had any polyps and the doctor said no clean as a whistle. Then the nurse came in and said they removed a polyp. And the nurse says we'll they se... read more
The entire staff was first class. Dr Itawi was professional from the moment I first meet him. Katelyn PA Was superb at her job and was always informative and welcoming. The surgery was seamless. Knowing we have this type of care in our community needs to be celebrated. I hope I never need their care again but if I do I wont hesitate to seek out Dr. Itawi.
Dr. Kelley did an amazing job with my surgery as I have had very little pain post op. She also has impeccable bedside manner and as a nervous individual I really appreciate that.
