My 4 year old daughter came in through the ER, diagnosed with a bacterial infection. She was on the pediatrics floor for 5 days. The nurses and Dr's provided excellent care and my daughter is back to her happy self!
The nurses and techs on the Progressive Unit were so great! They really listened to me and helped control my pain. The hospitalists and ER doc were also kind and listened. I have a rare neurological disease most of them had never heard of, yet they all listened to what it was and several wrote the name down to research later. Thanks all for the great care! Also, the housekeeping crew kept my room spic and span for 2 1/2 days. Plus the food was tasty and timely.
Favorite nurse is Gay Shoot, she has held our hand in difficult time and lead us through dark moments into bright lights.
We've always had good prompt care.my husband was in exstream pain from kidney stones .The nurses and Doctor waisted no time getting his pain level down and finding the problem
The nursing staff treated our son with compassion and respect. Nurses Gentry and Debbie were so very kind and tech Matt at his call responses quickly. Any questions we had were thoroughly answered. Dr Knoll was there twice during our fortunately short visit and very thorough and involved us in decisions for our son's care! Great staff and confidence in their care!! His morning nurse saw him briefly but was thorough in examining him from head to toe!! Very impressed!! Thank you Advocate for providing awesome nursing staff!!
