Bromberg's is the best in birmingham My family has been shopping with Bromberg's since God was a boy and we have always had the most wonderful experiences. They have the best wedding registry and jewelry selection in town. I always work with Swan at the Mountain Brook store and he takes wonderful care of me. I've never been unhappy after shopping here.
No thanks! My husband purchased a gemstone ring for my birthday from Bromberg's. I had the ring for 7 months and had to return it 4 times dues to stones coming loose and falling out. They told me they would get me a new ring, but after they had it for over three weeks, I asked for my money back. Each time I would bring the ring in, the staff was incredibly rude and not helpful. I would not reccomend anyone shop here. Go to Levy's; they have good customer service and are helpful.
