Firstly, I would like to point out that I own the front half of a front/back duplex, and the owners of the back half were not interested in having their half re-roofed. Jared is a pleasure to deal with. He's professional, responsive, accommodating and prices his jobs fairly. We had a leak, which we originally tried to repair; however, when it was determined we needed to replace the roof, Jared walked us through the process. He outlined the required work and broke down the quote in detail for us, then, was flexible and accommodating when scheduling the work.
