I appreciate Brok's flexibility and awareness in a market that moves fast. Our situation changed concerning the value of the home we were selling as we took a few months to do some remodeling. The market grew in intensity and Brok helped us make decisions to get the most we could in the sale of our home. As for the purchase we made, his team was very responsive to our needs as we were looking for a home quickly. I also appreciated Brok's desire to negotiate things. It was a great experience all around.

Brok and his team were fantastic to work with on the purchase of our home in Lakeside. At the beginning of our search, Brok asked great questions and did a wonderful job of understanding what we were looking for in a home. Brok helped me buy and sell my house. When I bought in 2009, I didn't look for a realtor, I just happened to find Brok with a house I looked at. He kept in touch over the 8 years that I owned my house and I chose to stick with him when I decided to sell. Brok is extremely responsive whether is it by email, phone call, or text.
