SUE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH!! The other reviews on here are spot on… She tells you to contact her and then she will not take responsibility and tells you to stop sending her e-mails Unless it’s important?!?!?! And then she blows you off when you do have questions There was a very very sensitive issue and she took no action to make it right!! Unbelievable!!!!! Sue and her team managed our property with the greatest care. All members of the management team were available, professional, and knowledgeable. Repairs were handled well for the tenants with respect for their privacy and mindfulness to our budget. Sue also has a clear understanding of the Madison market and she is a real people person.
If you want to live with a Rouch infested and have them tell you it's your problem this is a perfect property management group to rent from. They told me I was unprofessional when I brought it to their attention. STAY FAR AWAY
Told them the fire alarm was going off..told me to put it in writing, another of many, bazaar interactions with this agency. A managemenr Company, that just cann't manage....scarey!
Just had my first exchange with "SUE". I am beyond surprised that this is the OWNER of the company. Unfortunately our elderly property manager had some issues and had to outsource to this company. 4 days after no response to an email I sent a second email to both Aileen (who may be our point of contact.
