This group have ALWAYS cared for my pets and I LOVE this place! All the vets are Awesome & we have a special place in our heart for Dr Lane!
I love this group!!! Great with the two mutt-loves (Hershey & Whiskey) I have now as well as my little "Killer" that passed 5 years ago....Very caring, compassionate and friendly!!!
Bella, Brock and Guido actually do not mind walking into BLW&A. They are greeted with non-threatening happiness as well as treats from the Doc's. I have NEVER been anything but SATISFIED with our care here!. We have been bringing all of our pets here since 2005 and we do not plan on changing that!!! Why settle for less??? NOPE!!! We love BLW&A!!!!
I picked this vet as their website was well done and they had great reviews. When I walked in for the first time I knew I'd made the right decision. I even got a thank you note signed by the whole staff just for bringing penny in once. Great doctors, great staff, fantastic Vet.
I absolutely love everyone at this vet. I moved out of state and very upset I can't find any vet even close to comparison. Amazing staff here. They are great!
The doctors and staff at BLWA have taken care of my cats (and me!) for many, many years. They always take the time to really explain options and answer questions. My cats are my children, and I am careful whom I trust with their treatment. The doctors and staff have been with me through kitten hood all the way through those very difficult goodbyes. I sincerely appreciate everything they have done for me and my cats over the years.

The entire team at the office was phenomenal. With being new to the area we could have picked a better location in Nashville. The genuine care and attention to detail by the Dr. was best in class. From the time we walked in I knew we made a great decision. Polly is one happy girl.
I was completely impressed! Every worker I encountered was very professional and kind. Thank you for caring so well for our animals!
