Excellent sales and service, highly recommended!!
Two Arctic cat ATV, chain saw, and a snow blower. Good local service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never had an issue with them. Made the last ATV purchase easy and a very fair trade in value for the old unit that we did not purchase from there.
Newer Blower fails. Dealer repairs , but charges $60. Use recommended fuel/oil mix. -Exhaust Port Carbon Build up should not happen w/ so few Hrs on Unit. All Carb settings must be made by Dealer. Service Rep says Partial Engine disassembly needed to clean & avoid future repair costs. But to disassemble Engine would void warranty. It's tough enough in Business these days, without my preferred Dealer leaving me with a Bill & Problem that will likely reoccur. I had hoped that this Dealer would have stood behind their Products.... read more
Purchased a husqvarna 435 chainsaw. After only a few hours of operation muffler fell off. Found out the saw only had a 90 day warranty. Brodners wanted $60 to put two bolts back in . After telling them I would be taking my business elsewhere they offered to cover the fees. Decided to just repair the saw myself and take my business to another dealer. Will never purchase a husqvarna product again . Will never make a equipment purchase at brodners again.
Brodner equipment exceeded my expectations for my lawn care equipment needs. Mike B helped direct me towards quality products and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone looking for a company that stands behind their products and employs great employees should definitely head over to Brodner.
