Great service. Very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on progress and set accurate expectations on when I could get my Honda snowblower back. High-quality work. Derek did a great job of coordinating ordering parts and getting it done on time. I was very happy with my experience with Brodner.
I recently had my Honda generator at Brodner for repair as it would not start. It turned out to be a significant repair which was on me as I did not keep up with normal maintenance. I want to give a huge kudos to Dave in service for working with me to decide whether to invest in the repairs or buy a new one. In the end it made sense to spend the money to repair given the low hours on it. What's not to love about great product and great service from Mike!Totally enjoying our robotic lawnmower, and in just a couple of weeks, our acre lawn looks better than ever. So glad we made the investment. Highly recommend.
