Great service. Very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on progress and set accurate expectations on when I could get my Honda snowblower back. High-quality work. Derek did a great job of coordinating ordering parts and getting it done on time. I was very happy with my experience with Brodner.
Brought my chainsaw in for a repair of chain/bar. I was told they are behind but their service guy took a look on the spot. Nice guy, very honest. I will go back if I can't find someone to repair.
Great service! I had let my lawn tractor go for a few years and it needed a lot of work but they got it running and looking brand new! Kudos to Dave in the service department, he stopped by and helped when I had an issue starting my mower and fixed it. I very highly recommend!
Belt came off my mower this morning. I had 8 acres to mow today and lots of rain coming. I came in, no appointment, and asked Derek in service for help. He immediately walked out and put it back on for me. Absolutely saved my butt. He could have told me to leave it but he didn’t. He took the time to get me back mowing. People like Derek are why I will only purchase and service at Brodner.
