Travis called me Friday morning to tell me my mower was repaired and ready to go. I told him I would come and pay for it that day, and asked him when it will be delivered (I was charged a fee for pick up and delivery). He told me not until Tuesday, his boss didn’t want to send his delivery guy out until then because he’d already been out my way. Total B.S.

Very personable and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable while spending your money with them. I will be doing my business with them moving forward.
Be more proactive. I wanted to purchase a Craftsman mower deck scalp wheel and was told they couldn’t help me without a part number and model. No offer or effort was made to look it up. These wheels are common on mowers and Sears hasn’t changed the type in 30 years. Went to Lowe’s where they had 20 of them on the shelf. No wonder big box stores put the poor small shops out of business. Any parts pro would know exactly what I needed and unbending reliance on part numbers for a scalp wheel is just arrogant and obstinate. I use... read more
I recently purchased a Honda Inverter generator. The sales experience was Excellent. Not only was the sales person very knowledgeable and friendly, He also gave me a full demo on how to start and operate my generator. He also made sure to ask if I had any questions at all on its operation or maintenance . I highly recommend Brodner.
