Don't move into any of these properties. They don't fix anything !! There is trash everywhere around dumpsters and flying into yards. I've been waiting for them to complete a work order since April 2015 , my lease is up next month and the work order still isn't complete.

I have moved out of my apartment in pebble creek in Jackson ms I have yet received my security deposit it's going on 3 months. That is past the limit on my lease.
I didn't want to give them that but what I will give them is a call from channel 2, 4 and 7 if I don't get a call back from the Regional Manager by Monday this mess has to stop we pay our rent
Nothing never gets done.... I have been complaining about this water problem by my washer/dryer for about 3 months and nothing has been done yet!!!! NOW I HAVE MOLD..... Along with other problems in my apartment.... DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!
