a very satisfied patient There's nothing easy about psychotherapy with Dr Brod and it took longer than I expected to get to where I wanted to be but it was more than worth the time, effort, and expense. He uses a number of modalities and his overall framework is self-regulation. In other words, at least for me, he did not supply the answers, he helped me gain insight so I could figure it out.
