Ive been with this office 11 yrs only had one other issue with the phone personal. The phone personal were so ignorant and talked so offensively to me, I have a sick child during covid at home! I am beyond disgusted, both offices have conflicting protocols which makes it even more frustrating when you need to speak to someone. Dr Kay is THE BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN THE WORLD!!! I've been bringing my children to him for 32 years and counting!!! �����
We love Brockton Pediatrics! The front desk staff is amazing and always super helpful and quick whenever we need copies of paperwork faxrd, etc. We like all the doctors that we have seen (Dr.Kay, Dr. Pina, and Dr. O), But our absolute favorite is Dr. O! That woman is amazing and you can tell she really cares avout her patients. My kids love her!
Dr.kay is an outstanding doctor he has been mine for 30 yrs. He also has been my 13 and 5 yr olds doctors their entire. Lives all the nurses and nurse practitioner are amazing also i would recomend dr .kay or any of the dr to everyone love them all!!!!❤
