I just bought my fiancé's ring, and Brocks Jewlers is incredible! Before finding this store, I price checked engagement bands at at least 5 different locations; Brocks beat every one of the prices offered! They are also going to engrave his band for free. Even though I am younger, they treated me with respect and were very professional and kind. I would 100% recommend this store - quality of product and service, with extremely fair prices! I was a loyal customer at Brock's in the past not anymore, I took my wedding ring in to be welded 3 parts into one, Alan promised to have the ring back in 7 days so that i could wear the ring on a Jamaican vacation. I called the store on the 6 day to inquire if it would be finished the day before i departed and was told by Alan that it was not worked on yet and would not be ready for the vacation. I took the ring to Grogan's in Bridge Street, the jeweler welded the ring in one hour and charged me $30.00 less than Brock's quo... read more
