Ordered a ring online after speaking with Shannon. Shipped the next day and delivered in 2 business days. Great service and I was very pleased with the ring as well.
Great place to get jewelry cleaned and repaired-have been multiple times and every time the people are so nice and have done a great job!
I have been to Brock’s a couple times; once to buy some jewelry for my girlfriend and another to get a watch battery installed. These are the nicest people, not pushy. I am a jewelry moron, so I really needed help when I was shopping. I gave Brock’s my budget, and I walked out with a present that I can happily report impressed my girlfriend and everyone she showed. Like I said,such nice people, they understand word of mouth is important and they work hard for their reputation. I am happy to leave them a Five Star review.
My husband brought my watch in for a battery and there was a screw out they said someone else has been working on it. Only them! We have bought several things from them. Very disappointed.

Brock’s did a beautiful job repairing my wedding band and engagement ring. They treated it with all the love and care that I would have. They did such a beautiful job and it looks brilliant now. I only go to Brock’s!
