The service is exceptional and their expertise is what we were looking for!
They upgraded a chain for me instead of charging me the same price to fix the one that another jewelry store already fixed, honest is what I like! This chain is more durable and my necklace is back to being around my neck instead of in a drawer. Thankful for their honesty and timely service! I will definitely be back.
These people are great. My wife's gold ring with many small diamonds on front was squished. I thought it was the end of that ring. However, the jeweler at Brock's cleaned and fixed it for only $50. I thought it would be much more to fix it, if even possible. They are very friendly at Brock's, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this store.

We have used this store in the past for repairs and purchases and have always been very pleased.. However, I was very disappointed recently when I came in with three rings needing to be sized down. I was told the resizing would be $40 each (remember, I was sizing down about two sizes - not up). I was also told the prongs needed repair work and the price would be $300. I ordered my first Masonic ring from Brock’s after seeing the huge selection on their website. I picked one out and requested several changes to get exactly what I was invisioning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact ring I was looking for. I couldn’t be more pleased.
