Finally the living experience and quality of life in Brock Towers building is coming back to normal in so many years. Especially, it has significantly changed since new Building Supervisor and team joined last year. Brian & Selena as well as the maintanence team are very responsible people. Mr. Vipool and cleaning ladies are simply amazing! They are tenants and management oriented people. Full of bed bugs and cockroaches don’t even rent in this building I moved out after 3 month you can’t rid them off I hired private pest control it was okay for a week or two and came back from other apartments
Pros Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Cons Frequent elevator breakdowns Wash basin leaks. Sometimes heaters wont even start by November…! Water cutt off atleast 2-3 days/month Overpriced. Work-orders take 2-3 weeks sometimes..! They treat us like we aren’t paying rent.
