We recently purchased a lovely home under BrockandLori's experienced guidance. Lori and her team were fabulous -- going beyond expectations, even working Thanksgiving weekend. They were always optimistic, available, with sound advice. And we engaged in a roller coaster round of bids. Our first bid, 8% OVER asking, lost to a higher bid. That bidder dropped out.
