AWFUL SERVICE – I made my appointment at least 3 weeks in advance with KC for the day of my boyfriends birthday party. I was already running around Atlanta and stressed out and expected to end the day with a relaxing hour at the salon. WRONG! I walk in and am immediately told by another rude stylist that KC never showed up for the day and that she is "busy juggling KC and my clients"--that's really not my problem, yet she cannot take me in. Most comortable atmosphere – I have loved Brock Cassidie Salon since I stepped in the door because of the "right at home" feeling. All the stylists were so incredibly friendly and with a "come just as you are" feel that you don't usually find in most salons. I had a haircolor disaster and asked KC to just fix it, make it look better. She did! I couldn't be happier. I now use KC for everything. Gorgeous salon with a great atmosphere. Very talented stylist that you can trust. – This is a unique salon on East Shadowlawn. I have observed and I am amazed at the rapor and trust that that the clients instantly develop. The salon is stylish and inviting.
