Would have been a 5 but this time had new person cleaning my teeth. She did not introduce herself and was overly forceful with cleaning. I have been going here for ten years and never had a painful cleaning. This one was.
I'm always taken care of perfectly by everyone at Broadwell Family Dentistry. This time was an emergency and they got mr in first thing in the morning. The staff is great and the Girls and Dentists are VERY Gentle. Highly recommend this practice for anyone who fears the dentist like me.
