This is a single night worth of roaches! I moved in an within days they were everywhere I spent a month there before it was truly unhealthy and unlivable that I left! They are now demanding my rent! I will be reporting this to the city as well as fighting it in court
RUN!!! Old apartments for horrible prices. Christy is VERY RUDE at the office. VERY LOUD and they rent these apartments to just about anyone:( All they cared about is if you pay your rent on time or not.If you have complains they will let you know not to bother them, When you tried to move out they make it so expensive for you so you have no choice but stay another year.They are old and over priced..Staff is friendly until you rent from them..SO RUN!!! this is not luxury living. these are cheaply built and applianced welfare apartments. For the money you pay, you'd think you would get some sort of craftsmanship, or well built housing..... but you wont find that here....
I have lived here for 6 months, I moved here from out of state. I thought I was moving into a luxury apartment, welp hate to break it to you but it’s not. Week two of living here I had my roof leak, they had patched the inside up with sheet rock mud but it continued to leak. Absolutely destroyed everything in my office including my computer. I was very happy with Bulverde Oaks, but now not so much. On Friday 4/17/2020 I submitted a maintenance request for A/C not working. It was cooler outside than inside. This is supposed to be considered an emergency, even during this Covid-19. Roommate also called, they said the A/C Maintenance person would not be in until Monday, however today 4/19/2020 the temperature is in the 90s. We were told Saturday that someone would be out at 2 pm, then called to say someone would be out Sunday morning, and would bring a fan. I calle... read more
Horrible experiences!! I would not even have my own worst enemy live here. If you are not an employee that lives here then don’t worry nothing will be taken care of the correct way. Fair housing act and discrimination is all I have felt while living at this place. Please Please save your money! No parking at night, no towing is being completed for people who do not even have visitor passes or a parking pass! I do not feel safe at all! Run away this place is horrible!!
