The Post has false fire alarms no less than 1-2 times per month. When you try to call in emergency maintenance call you have to go through numerous recordings to even talk about it to a person. Not very comforting in an emergency. Don’t move here unless you and your pet want to be constantly assaulted with false alarms and lose your hearing! I have lived here going on almost 4 years & loved it until this past year. Since they have closed the main office it’s gone downhill. I constantly have packages stolen. Maintenance gets 5 Stars! They are always prompt. I am so angry I resigned my lease here.
Have more dog stations for people to utilize, although that would mean someone needs to pickup from locations and not let them overflow. Teach your maint crew to slow down on golf carts they fly through here faster than alot of the cars. Not charge twice for water, you charge each apartment for rain run off water when clearly there is no control of that then the individual has to pay their own water bill on top of that. 18.00 for community fees each month when clearly noone has been able to utilize those this past yr, give r... read more
This community obviously cares more about the outward appearance than the quality of their property. They also couldn’t care less about making their tenants happy. I moved in and was appalled at how dirty the apartment was, complained and was told cleaning crew wasn’t available during weekend hours....not willing to accommodate tenant. I have pictures, sent them to the leasing office and haven’t received a single response.
RecommendedMy grandmother lives in Broadway Towers Apartment and although we are world's apart, me being in UAE. I am very assured that she is safe because the staff especially Becca is very professional and kind. 5 stars for Broadway Towers Apartment. :)
Worst place ever! Had nothing but issues with our apartment and now that we’ve decided to move I had very expensive Apple AirPods delivered (confirmed with delivery driver) to the front office and they are giving me the run around and acting like they could care less. Someone in that office has my AirPods and knows what happened to them. That is stealing and I can’t wait to get out of here because now anything in my apartment could be stolen at any moment when I’m not here. Putting in cameras until we move! The office workers that I've come in contact with have been very sweet. I moved in now yesterday, and I'm appalled at the state of the apartment that I'm in. It it wreaked of cigarette smoke and marijuana, there's paint everywhere, the blinds don't work, the tub doesn't work, there's a leak underneath of my bathroom cabinet. It's just one thing after another. I called the emergency maintenance services last night, and then spoke to a lovely office worker at 10 a.m. this morning. They just changed our deadbolt to a keyless entry without consent. Electronic and biometric locks are notoriously easy to break into. I no longer feel safe here.
