Tara was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me plainly! The 3D images of my neck showed that my Atlas was crooked! My symptoms were dizziness, vertigo, fatigue, brain fog, eye movement, off balance, migraines, and pressure on my head. Tara made an adjustment on first visit yesterday(7-21-26) on my atlas, and last night was my first time sleeping without dizziness. I just love Tara Douglas at Broadway Spinal Care. She has helped me more than I can say. Her Pilates sessions are gentle but so effective, and I feel stronger and steadier than I have in years. She truly cares about her clients and makes everyone feel comfortable, no matter where you’re starting from. And as much as I may complain about how ugly I look in the mirror, she keeps me in line and keeps me going—which I clearly need! I’m so thankful for her—she’s a blessing!
Jonathan and Tara are awesome. I was having back pain and sciatic nerve pain from weight lifting. They worked me in, even though they had a busy schedule, and gave me a ton of helpful advice for stretches and lifestyle changes I could make for long-term success.
