A few things that have happened over the past year, just with my apartment: -Car has been hit in gated parking area more than once -Neighbors noisy/walls are paper thin. Called security to talk to neighbors, he doesn't speak/understand english very well and hangs up on you. Have had to call police several times. -Lived with RATS for 3 weeks before office would call exterminator. Office then refused to pick up dead rats in my home.
