Customer service the worse ever!!!! Rude!!!! Asked for chicken parmesan /spaghetti salad and bread 11.95 got a salad and 1 piece of bread and a piece of chicken called their and was told policy say it has to be brought back!! 30 min ride to get their no I ain’t driving back their for their error and they didn’t try to say they replace it at later time.

When we spoke on the phone, you told me that you had ordered the Chicken Parmesan Meal and assumed the Spaghetti came with it. I explained that we have a Chicken Parmesan Meal and then we have a Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti Meal. Our policy has been the same since we opened; If you bring the majority of the food product back, we will replace it or refund your money.
Last nite i ordered a pizza an two salads an it was horrible squares cut everywhere dry no sauce salads was salty they raise the prices an using cheap products i would have eat lil casear if i knew i was getting crap i wouldn't tell no one to go there wish the old man was still their now those pizzas was rite.....

Sorry you didn't enjoy your food did you let a manager know? We still use the same quality products and exact same suppliers that we've used since 1977. So there has not been a change in quality of product used.

Bad customer service....i called at 1:54 it was ready at 2:47....da hell is that??? Ugggh late for work to get pizza!!
Service was fair. Took an hour to get our food. It was overcooked .
