We spent 15 mins looking at the menu and no one ever came to take our order. I love broadway pizza but I was truly disappointed in their service. The wait staff were arguing over who was going to serve us. Not the best way greet customers. Hope no one else has this experience.

Mendenhall location.. I placed order for TURKEY sausage pizza I pick up my order and get back to work and it’s PORK (I dont eat pork). I called to make them aware of mistake. Chad said he could remake it. He verified that they put the order in wrong. I sent someone else back to pick up new pizza and Chad told her I had to bring back old pizza (really are you serious) Chad didn’t send pizza back.. Chad never told you the order was wrong we offered to remake you a pizza or refund your money as long as you brought back majority of the pizza you had taken with you. We tried to do everything we could for you but you weren’t interested in taking advantage of our return policy.
