Prior years to recent incident was ok. But my last visit led to a mixup with incorrect prescriptions due to a typo and additional off-ness that made it impossible for me to get new glasses. First off the doctor was 25 min late, then when doing the exam told me that he would adjust the prescription to make things even sharper for me. However the resulting prescription had a typo and didn't really make sense as it was weaker, meaning my eyes had improved. I had an amazing experience at this place. The staff was kind and very helpful. Jeff, Alejandra, Eric were great. They handled a rude patient in an amazing manner. They didn't belittle the customer or raise their voice. They were all cool calm and collective.
Drs. Carcamo (father & son), Dr. Klufas, Ana, Alejandra and Jeff are a super team! They are professional, helpful, very efficient and made me feel comfortable. The staff is bilingual/multilingual and took the time to explain everything about my insurance/ answered all of my questions, so that I could make an informed purchase. Dr. Klufas, Ana and Alejandra are a super team! They are professional, helpful and very efficient. They accept many vision insurance plans, have a large selection of frames and plenty of parking on the corner of Broadway and El Camino Real.
The front desk staff where amazing, they where kind and patient and managed to find a way to work with my out of state insurance!! Dr. Adam was fantastic and quickly and efficiently found my problem and ordered the right medication. Thank you all so much!!!!
