Karlee was so great keeping in touch with me this past week and made the process so easy! Also, the owner was right on top of stuff. There was a very small issue with the hood and I didn’t even have to bring it up because I was told it was getting fixed before I had the chance.

Was waiting to see how Broadway Garage handled this before writing a review, so here it is. We are really disappointed. Initially we were quite excited about the car we purchased. A little after a month of us getting it, it needed a significant repair that appeared at first as something reasonable and manageable. Then when that didn't resolve the issue, the main issue of needing a new transmission revealed itself. wont even let you come see a vehicle without credit approval, go anywhere else and you can at least know if you even want to buy the vehicle before wasting your time, and effecting your credit. go to a competator, find what you like, test drive it, put a deposit and make sure your not gonna lose what you want while wasting time waiting.
I bought a car from here back in November and I had excellent service. I looked at the car on a Saturday and by Monday I had the car and everything was taken care of. I had an issue with the car and I took it back to them and they repaired the issue at no cost to me. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new car.

Best used car buying experience I have had. Quality vehicles. No pressure because they know these cars will sell whether you buy it or not. Drove several of their vehicles and found the one I loved. Great service through the entire process. All my questions were quickly answered. Can’t say enough. This is a used car dealership done right.
