Extraordinary Electrologist – I have been getting electrolysis treatments for the last 30 years and have worked with several different electrologists. Wonderful Electrologist – After moving to Portland, OR two years ago, I was in search of an Electrologist to achieve some facial hair reduction that had started to recur after several years. Barbara is great! – I've been going to Barbara for about 4 months now, and she is wonderful. She is very through, her pricing is great, and she's always been able to get me in around the times I request.. I would highly recommend Barbara.

Thought I had hormone issues! – After a year of seeing another electrologist and having no hair reduction I was pretty frustrated. And it always seemed odd that the lady I was seeing would pull the hairs out as though she was tweezing them. After a year and no luck, I was completely surprised that after 2 sessions at Broadway East I had dramatic hair reduction, about 80%. Even after the first. Yay! Barbara is GREAT! – I'm so glad i read the reviews here when I was choosing an electrologist! Everything everyone has said is true. I started a few months ago to clear some facial hair prior to my wedding and there has been sooo much improvement! No more stubble for me! Barbara has been truly amazing. She truly cares about her work and is sympathetic to the pain of unwanted body hair. My only regret is that I hadn't gone to Barbara sooner.

Third time's the charm! Barbara is the best. – I went to two other electrologists in the Portland area before I found Barbara, and I only wish I'd found her first. I have an incredibly low pain tolerance (I frequently cried when I went to the first two electrologists), and my skin is very sensitive. Barbara worked with me very closely to make my treatments tolerable. Transgender friendly, professional, and a pleasure to chat with while getting zapped – Not to mention some of the best rates in Portland, with price breaks up to 3 hours a session which is great for those who have a ton of hair that needs to get zapped. :)

skilled electrolysis conveniently located – very skilled and experienced, competent and careful at the art of electrolysis. Barbara Failing has a good sense of all of the variablees like not using too much electricity which can be painful and harm your skin but also not making the problem worse. I'm very picky and hypersensitive about a lot of things like fresh air, etc and Barbara was incredibly tolerant and never got her ego in the way.
