I have been going to Barbara periodically for the last few years. I honestly enjoy very much my electrolysis sessions. The office space is small, quiet, peaceful, calming. I wonder sometimes if I might fall asleep in the chair. Barbara is amazingly gentle and makes sure what she is doing is not poking or uncomfortable. She explains the process and wants to be sure she is addressing your needs and issues. I highly recommend Barbara.

Over the past ten years I have been to three to five laser hair removal centers, signed contracts, spent thousands of dollars, (one time even had my face burned), yet I never saw the slightest reduction of hair. After years of waxing every week, I tried electrolysis. The first one I went to - in my NW neighborhood - had me come in every week and I felt like the hair was growing in just as fast and dark as when waxing. I've been a client of Broadway East Electrology for over a year now. I came to Barbara after an unsatisfying experience with another provider whose work was very painful, and after a surprise reappearance of a large amount of hair when it should have been greatly decreased. Barbara has been terrific. After a year the hair has come back very sparsely as I expected, and the fine hairs left are rapidly disappearing with each new treatment. Barbara is the best electrologist I have ever gone to, and I had gone to a lot! She has greatly reduced my hair problem over the course of the last year of regular treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable as well as an incredibly caring person. She is a pleasure to talk to during visits, and really knows what she is doing. Unbelievable! – Before I found Barbara, I was in a bad state after many months of trying to get rid of my facial hair . Laser treatments had only increased the amount of hair.
