Updated 12/19/18 - As a queer person, I can no longer recommend this coffee shop and will no longer be a customer unless there is clarity in their policy towards LGBTQ employees. I respect their religious choices and appreciate they are generally doing good things in the community. I can't support a business that is part of a church that actively preaches against me and my spouse.
