The workers who attacked the disabled man should loose their jobs. Shame on this company.....if the employees are not reprimanded this company is saying they condone this behavior. The victim should be apologized to by the owner publicly and possibly compensated. Wow people wow...
I've heard of the bad service at this place but after hearing of the absolutely appalling behavior toward Mr. Soto, I'll be discouraging everyone I know from this business. Who will the next victim be?
Thank you for looking into the matter brought to the table by Rita Soto. My experience with your facility is brief, but 100% positive. I certainly hope your findings bring a satisfacory a resolution to this alleged incident. Many of my Business Associates and aquaintance Volunteer Coordinators use and commend your efforts and services so I am surprised by Rita's post. I do hope this was a complete misunderstanding and that regardless of outcome, your group continue the good work you have done.
