I love it when I am there
was really comfortable and the tea and coffee was great.
Great comfortable & quiet Atmosphere!! However, BROADWAY COMMONS it is time to invest in some new couches. You guys have a nice coffee house in a good location so I think you should seriously consider replacing the torn couches. Just my opinion!
just FYI this place is owned by the church behind the building and they are anti LGBT

We have been there several times with our families. I have met other people and families there, because we can get some good coffee while having a pastry. It was a great kids' play area upstairs.
