They fit my cat Figaro in and I wasn't even a client w/ them. She needed an eye surgery. Not only was the staff nice but the surgen did an amazing job. I would definetly go back.
I just want Broadview staff to know that we appreciated the comfort and support we received last week when our Snickers went to kitty heaven .And we did so much love the card we received in the mail today signed by all the staff.We have been going to Broadview for along time and the staff always treats our pets like family. We just wanted to take a minute and thank all the staff! We had a tough day on Sunday when we lost our sweet kitty Buddy. All the staff was so compassionate and understanding. They did a great job explaining everything and helping us through a tough descision. Thank you so much! So glad you guys are open on the weekends! Wrote a check to Broadview to be taken out on 5/30 and now here it is taken out almost 3 weeks later on the 13th which I stated it had to be taken out on the 30th of may now our account is all screwed up Thank you Broadview for the fee Rembursimint that and employee said would be handled!!!!!
Dr. Estelle got Kobuk running like a deer through the woods again, so he could continue his search & rescue deployments, and Eugene keeps Kobuk feeling good with laser treatments! We have been going to Broadview for upwards of 10 years I believe. We used to use the vet on 125 in Rochester but he was scared of my eldest dog and vice versa so we moved to Broadview. We are more than pleased with them! The occasional bump happens but they work with us around it! No one is perfect but Broadview damn near might be! One of the best attributes of Broadview is the caring of the veterinarians that work there. They and the staff show such great compassion and kindness!
Broadview has saved the lives of 2 of my furry family members in the past year (Rocco and Zoe). I love ALL of the staff, from the front desk back!
