My first fur baby (10 year old pound hound) has been going to Broadview since we got her 9 years ago. The Dr.s and staff are all so kind and great. This year she needed knee surgery for a blown CCL (doggy ACL). The Dover clinic got her scheduled within a month and Dr. Chapin preformed the TPLO surgery. He did an amazing job and she is doing great. All of the doctors and assistance at Broadview are knowledgeable and kind and NEVER try to up sell. With COVID restrictions in place, I think Broadview Animal Hospital of Rochester does a great job taking care of my pets, and keeping me informed at the same time. Just a thought, but when this nightmare is all over, I was wondering if Broadview could continue this same set-up for the routine visits, i.e. shots, or wellness checkups bein in touch with Broadview, through my cell phone, while I waited in the parking lot
I always have a good experience at Broadview. Thanks for your caution and care, especially during the pandemic. Your safety precautions are appropriate and very comforting. You understand my dog's special situation, and accommodate him to make him comfortable there. Keep up the great work.

Broadview is AMAZING!! They have helped my puppy out 2 times now in an “emergency” situation, where our local veterinarian couldn’t see her and referred her to caves at 9am in the morning. Called Broadview and got her right in!! Had her records emailed over and now part of Broadview and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful Doctors and staff. Thank you!!
