Quality Care for my Dog I just wanted to let the staff know how much I appreciated their care for my dog for her whole life. I had her put to sleep today at Broadview and the staff,as always, was caring and comforting. My dog was 15 years old and we had been just maintaining her comfort the last couple of months. I would recommend these folks to anyone for care of their pet.
Dr. Shaw is The Bees Knees This last post from Jan R sounds nothing like the hospital I know and love. Been going to this hospital to see Dr. Shaw for years and am a huge fan of their clinic cat Lenny:) He is very amusing:) Maybe Jan R is a disgruntled ex employee, or something, but I can tell you I have never gotten anything but exceptional care there. Maxx's Story There are not enough kind words or thank-yous that I could say to Dr. Shaw or the rest of the wonderful people that work on his team. Bob & Mary Reeder It all started with one sick parakeet 12 plus years ago. We found out about Broadview Bird & Animal Hospital from a relative. They told us that Dr. Shaw was awesome with birds. Vet Care Excellence I would highly recommend Broadview Animal Hospital. I was there the other day with my black lab. Dr.Watson spent so much time explaining my dog's health not to mention how caring the entire staff was. My lab refused to get on the scale but the Vet tech. helped me get her on after many tries. Dr. Shaw is THE Best !!! After my husband and I attended Broadview Animal and Bird Hospital's open house, we got a chance to see and learn all that goes on in their facility. The entire staff was very informative on micro chipping, laser therapy, dental hygene, bird care, surgery, x rays, and endoscoping. Fantastic vets -- first rate Having just lost our family dog to an incurable illness, I cannot thank Dr. Shaw and the entire team at Broadview Animal and Bird Hospital enough for their care and compassion. They are true professionals. We made many phone calls and after hours visits and probably singlehandedly ruined Dr. Shaw's weekend with emergency visits last week. He never made us feel like we were too much trouble or that our pet was just another patient to him.
Superior Veternary Care Been seeing Dr. Shaw since he took over the practice in '86. The staff is professional and friendly, and Dr. Shaw is terrific! He's provided our cats with exceptional care (for wellness, geriatric, and more serious illnesses). His experience and skill are invaluable, and I can credit him with saving the life of one of our rescued males (who had been misdiagnosed at a local emergency vet hospital).
