very caring im a so pleased with dr.shaw he was very kind and very attentive to my questions..i felt like a million bucks after i left his office..he showed great love and concern for my budgie,and commended me on my care for him..i felt so completely satisfied,and my bird also was very trusting with him..he has a sweet demeaner and showed great professinalism..i will take my budgie no where else.....customer for life!!!!!
Great experience We had a wonderful experience there today with Dr. Shaw! Britney and Kat were wonderful. They both helped us understand the process, whats to come, and our dogs new medicine. Dr. Shaw was so thorough and so knowledgeable- he was awesome every step of the way. Their curbside service is better than some in house visits weve had at other vets. We cant wait to go back!
Outstanding Business!!! My 7 year-old Golden Retriever was in need of knee surgery after tearing the ligament in her left leg. The vet that I had been bringing her to didn't have a doctor on staff that would do the surgery. They actually were going to have a doctor who that was retired come in just to do the surgery. I was not comfortable with this so I started to research other vets in the area. I found many fantastic reviews for Broadview Animal and Bird Hospital I figured I would check it out. The Best! We have taken our dog Nellie to Broadview Animal & Bird right after we adopted her, 13 years ago. Dr. Shaw has always been thorough and helpful as well as the staff. Sadly, we had to put Nellie to sleep (after 15 wonderful years on the planet, 13 as our companion) and Dr. Perry and Melissa helped us through this very difficult decision and painful experience. My best friend's...Best Friend! I became a client/patient, (actually my Rocky did), about 6 years ago when my former vet, , prescribed the wrong medication for his heart murmur that almost killed him. Dr. Shaw brought him back from death's door and revived his liver function. Several years later my Rocky developed cancer in the face. The specialist, (oncologist), wanted to remove half of his jaw and gave only a 50% chance of him recovering. Dr. Shaw, through his wisdom advised against that for a 16 year old dog. Thank You I had my dog in for a much needed dental procedure recently. The staff was very polite and professional. I was impressed with the facility and Dr Shaws knowledge. I cant thank you enough for the quality care my little Yorkie received.

Quality Care I am thrilled to be a new customer to Broadview Animal & Bird Hospital. My dogs are my whole world--there is nothing more important to me. The quality care that I have received there is wonderful. The entire staff is great & Dr. Shaw is the best!
