Today my deck was completed and I just wanna say this was probably one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with any type of contractor work. Not only were they honest, fair, timely, and efficient. My work looks beautiful, so thank you Brody’s restoration.
This contractor waited until the day of my decking project to flake on me claiming the delivery of materials was delayed. He did not give me an eta or anything regarding the delivery of materials. Patrick was very unprofessional and did not offer any type of communication nor did he try to rectify the problem. Do not use this company for a deck project. They do not value customers time or money.
I needed some steps for my porch replaced. Mr. Broadus gave me a reasonable price, completed the task quickly and the end result was outstanding! I highly recommend his service.
