Verified Renter The leasing staff needs to be more available by phone. It’s so hard to get in contact with someone with questions or concerns. Sometimes you have to call 6-7 times throughout the day to get someone to answer and at times, the calls are not picked up at all. Lack of staff should not be the excuse.

Don't apply here if you need a timely response I applied for an apartment two weeks ago and the service from the leasing office at the Broadstone Midtown has been rough. I applied on March 9th for an apartment after seeing several units and that Saturday I received a series of automated emails saying I was approved. I called the leasing office to inquire about when would I receive the lease and was told Greystar sent those emails out too early and they were still waiting for a background check. Beware - Apartment pays residents for good reviews Beware, many in the apartment complex have told me management will pay for or offer "incentives" in exchange for good reviews -- my friend received a gift card. Management here is unresponsive -- hard to reach someone by phone or get e-mails responded to. People use some of these units to operate Air BnBs on the DL, and so there are always strange faces coming in and out of the building.
