If you move here, you WILL have packages stolen. And there is zero accountability for the poor mail situation. This is getting out of hand and is impacting quality of life for many residents. Hoping for a solution from the office soon as this is incredibly disappointing.

‼️ I’d like to give a 5 star review, however I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen and every other resident I’ve spoken to has had the same issue. One resident even had proof that the package was delivered within the video camera area, and they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. When they give a tour of the apartment, they assure you that there’s cameras in the mail room to prevent theft… in reality, if you plan to have packages mailed to you, do not move here. I like everything except the important fact that the pool isn't heated, and the website and the building management themselves claim it should be working. This is a big disappointment if you're moving for a year with a child.

The property manager, Angel Millsap, is rude, condescending, and hides behind a fake “polite” attitude that is really nasty and dismissive. Tenants are consistently disrespected, concerns are brushed off, and the lack of integrity shows through in questionable and unethical practices. Instead of creating a supportive community, they foster hostility and mistrust. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire management company.
