The property manager, Angel Millsap, is rude, condescending, and hides behind a fake “polite” attitude that is really nasty and dismissive. Tenants are consistently disrespected, concerns are brushed off, and the lack of integrity shows through in questionable and unethical practices. Instead of creating a supportive community, they foster hostility and mistrust. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire management company.
I recently toured TGM Harbor Beach and had such a great experience! The community is beautiful, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. The amenities are impressive, and everything seemed clean and well-maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the tour—Shakira in particular was amazing and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their residents here. Definitely a place worth checking out!
This is a very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing property with top of the line amenities. The maintenance team is being managed exceptionally well! Any issues that are discovered are handled extremely fast.

Came to make a delivery number one no parking available loading zone delivery zone nothing. I walk in the entrance and there’s a clear sign that says food deliveries to the right which which leads you into the leasing office. A very nice young lady she told me go through the door to the elevator very good Now I’m trying to leave the building the same way I came in that door into the leasing office is now locked so I knock on the door.
