Great, new complex and cheaper than some of the other new builds I looked at in the CenPho area. The amenities are top-notch. Pool and gym are resort quality. The staff is very attentive, welcoming and friendly. And the little extra touches - coffee machine, discounts at neighborhood restaurants and other special perks for residents, etc. are very nice.
