The community has a very modern, contemporary feel. There are a lot of tiny details that most other apartment communities overlook. For example, it's one of the few communities in downtown Phoenix that has an area for moving trucks to park with freight elevators so it's easy to move in. Plus, there is parking for guests inside and outside of the complex so no more parking meters for guests. Once inside you feel like you are cut off from the world.
