Disappointing, to say the least. Management charges residents for many things without providing a clear explanation and has been very irresponsible in handling move-out charges. This property appears to have a pattern of billing residents for full carpet replacements instead of simple cleaning, even when there is little to no damage. In my case, only one room was mentioned in the vendor’s written report, yet I was charged for replacing the carpet throughout the entire unit. I just moved in, and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had finding the perfect home. Both Hannah and Sarah helped and even went out of their way to make the process smooth. I’m excited for my new stay!
I will be going there to eat from my favorite Outta This World taco trailer.
I mean the apartments are alright but I’ve had my work van broken into twice which has now impacted my job and a loss of about 2800 in tools in less than a month. In 12 years never had this issue till moving here.
