We had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. Communication was always excellent—management was responsive, professional, and easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. Living here with my fiancé was truly amazing. This place isn't bad I did enjoy living here for the most part and everyone I interacted with was nice. My only real complaints are the Tech Package fee here and the dog park. The dog park is 24/7 and just in general that side of the apartment complex I was on is super noisy. I lived right by it. I'd find myself waking up at 12am-3am at times cause people were SO loud and having full blown conversations while I was trying to sleep for work the next day. The apartment/amenities were nice. I renewed my 12 month lease for a six month extension. But, when I moved out of the apartment, I was billed charges for carpet replacement when, in my opinion, I should not have been. The vendor (who makes a profit replacing carpets) told them that the carpet needs to be replaced due to "delamination, significant wear in high-traffic areas, and circular damage consistent with possible chair use". My partner and I moved in a few days ago. The leasing office and Sarah have been nothing but helpful and kind. Our apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. The facility is clean from the pools to the dog park. Special shout out to DJ who addressed our emergency AC request immediately. Simply put, we're loving it here so far!
