My partner and I moved in a few days ago. The leasing office and Sarah have been nothing but helpful and kind. Our apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. The facility is clean from the pools to the dog park. Special shout out to DJ who addressed our emergency AC request immediately. Simply put, we're loving it here so far! Update: We've continued to have an excellent effort from the maintenance team over our time here. Thank you Mike for maintaining our AC,
As I was coming home yesterday Mike from maintenance was just leaving my place, he told me he had just finished taking care of a couple of things that I had addressed to the front office. I mentioned to him that there was a few other things that needed to be addressed, so he went back upstairs with me and not only did he fix everything but he went above and beyond. He was even nice enough to help me put a piece furniture together (since I am semi disabled) that I just purchased when I moved in last weekend. Mike was great an... read more
I've been at this community now for five years and have stayed so long because of the amenities and amazing staff. The apartments of course are also very nice but the staff really go out of their way to care for residents. They are always trying to get the community involved in events to bring us together. The maintenance staff is also very friendly, thorough, and quick to respond. All around, my experience has been a great one and I'll continue to stay here as long as apartment living is where I choose to make my home.
I have lived here for 6 years now and it has been such an amazing experience. The team is always prompt and responsive when I have questions or issues. Maintenance (shoutout to Mike and Anthony!) is insanely fast - they always respond to requests same day, typically within a few minutes of submitting the request.
