Cheyenne Crouch and Sarah Zachary do a fantastic job running the front office. They are very knowledgeable, know their policies well, listen carefully and address any issues in a timely manner. Over the last few years, these people are the closest thing to a second family I can get. I had to put down two dogs in two years and they gave me a beautiful gift in memory of my best pals. I moved into the Royce apartments with a roommate who had already lived there four years, and we stayed another year after that. The staff has always been very caring, attentive, and responsive to our needs. The grounds are well-maintained, and the pool and common areas are gorgeous! The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help, and the leasing office staff is so friendly—we love Sarah Z. so much! The only reason for us to leave was that we’re moving cities. If we could bring the Royce with us, we would!!

We stayed at this place for a year, and our experience was very good. The apartments are nice and community is well maintained. Sarah and Cheyenne are understanding and were very helpful on multiple occasions. We moved from out of state, so they helped us find the right apartment virtually. When we were out of town, they fixed the problems we had in our apartment due to bad weather. The maintenance team is also very good. They are quick and effective at resolving issues. We toured with Deanna last week. She was very nice and friendly, very informative, answered all our questions with patience. It was obvious that the community has a great, warm atmosphere, making residents feel like at home. Overall, the complex made a good impression on us. Thank you!

This property has a shady track record when it comes to move-out charges. They routinely bill residents for full carpet replacements instead of simply cleaning, even when there’s little to no damage. In my case, only one room was mentioned in the vendor’s written report, but I was still charged for replacing the entire carpet—based on vague claims of a “strong odor” no one ever noted during my time there.
