My experience at The Royce was phenomenal! I was helping my friend search for his next home and joined his tour experience. Hannah, the leasing specialist who toured us was very helpful and friendly! The property is clean and quiet! The residents who walked in during the tour seemed to have a great mutual respect and relationship with everyone in the office! Personally when my lease ends, I plan to move here asap!
Cheyenne Crouch and Sarah Zachary do a fantastic job running the front office. They are very knowledgeable, know their policies well, listen carefully and address any issues in a timely manner. Over the last few years, these people are the closest thing to a second family I can get. I had to put down two dogs in two years and they gave me a beautiful gift in memory of my best pals.
