Finally have a chance to leave a detailed review after having lived here for 5 months: It’s a great community, prices are fair - you’ll get what you pay for. It’s really safe living in here - I have not heard of anything bad happen. The residents are mostly friendly and smiling all the time. I think it’s because the leasing office hosts at least 2-3 events monthly to bring together the residents, tho I never had a chance to join one. I found this place randomly while looking for apartments. Their customer service was a breath of fresh air from dealing with so many different properties over several days. The community felt close nit, friendly and home-like. The staff in the office were friendly and very helpful. The grounds and amenities were kept well the apartments had modern features. Disappointing, to say the least. Management charges residents for many things without providing a clear explanation and has been very irresponsible in handling move-out charges. This property appears to have a pattern of billing residents for full carpet replacements instead of simple cleaning, even when there is little to no damage. In my case, only one room was mentioned in the vendor’s written report, yet I was charged for replacing the carpet throughout the entire unit.
