Moving and applying for an apartment is very stressful however the Royce Management Team made it the best, smoothest process ever. HUGE shout out to Deanna for helping me throughout the way. I moved out at the end of September. I see I was charged for utilities for Oct. I contacted city of Austin utilities, I was told that there is nothing they can do but the apartments can pay the bill and they will refund me. So I contacted the leasing office via email Sarah said it was a balance overdue lol umm no maam. I sent her the last 3 months of bills when I was there. She then say oh it’s nothing we can do contact city of Austin utilities. Funny this company needs $71 that badly.
Great experience! The maintenance technician Mike, was very friendly and professional. He fixed the kitchen leak and thermostat quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the fast and quality service!
If you want to feel like you’re finally (home) this apartment community goes above and beyond and is for you. The leasing staff are top-notch (Hannah, Deanna, Sarah and Cheyenna) and maintenance is 5-stars (Mike, Jesse, Ben and Bernie). They are all about your needs before you even ask.
