Do not send your loved one here. My mother was here and broke her hip trying to use the restroom. The facility didn't bother to contact me, the POA, until 6 hours later. When she returned, the nursing home assured me that she would receive therapy after the hip surgery; however, they had given the insurance company a fax number that they dis't check very often, so her therapy was delayed by over a week. The Broadmoor Retirement Community. Everything the person below has, I agree with. It is a lovely place. They have watchful staff and interesting activities. My complaint is about the food. Since they changed ownership, they have changed the vendors who do the cooking. The food is almost inedible. The tenants have complain have complained and held meetings with no results. One person said she tried the chicken nuggets and they were so hard, she wasn't able to chew them.

Leisure Village Health Care Community strives to give compassionate care to each and every resident. The staff goes over and above to help residents live with dignity all while providing a warm, family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this community to anyone in need of quality care for their loved one.

The Broadmoor Retirement Community has been completely remodeled and is an absolutely gorgeous community! There is always plenty of action going on to keep residents active and happy. I consider The Broadmoor to be the best retirement community in Tulsa. The staff is wonderful and the residents thrive in their care. There's no better place in my opinion for any senior to spend their Golden Years!
