We’ve been staying in this building for about 6+ years, different units, sometimes repeat units. You can definitely see the difference when the owner manages their unit versus a maintenance group. Currently we have multiple units rented and we cannot describe how disappointed we were today upon check in. Our unit is dirty. If you walk around the unit with bare feet, your feet get filthy. Condo 503 Pros :: beautiful condo, amazing view Cons :: condo dirty upon arrival. Broken glass all over kitchen floor. Bedsheets were dirty and I found a clump of gray hair by my pillow. Food left on rugs, alcohol left at wet bar, food crumbs under rugs in kitchen, a piece of driftwood holding up a piece of wall in the closet. **Cockroaches**** Not family friendly. Every 60 + man there will proudly brag about being an owner but when Liquid Life the property manager attempted to contact the HOA no one could be reached for days. Our condo has cockroaches for our entire stay. We were told our refund would be calculated at check out when the problem was resolved, the problem was never resolved and we were told no refund would be given as it is a humid climate and cockroaches are to be expected.
