**Cockroaches**** Not family friendly. Every 60 + man there will proudly brag about being an owner but when Liquid Life the property manager attempted to contact the HOA no one could be reached for days. Our condo has cockroaches for our entire stay. We were told our refund would be calculated at check out when the problem was resolved, the problem was never resolved and we were told no refund would be given as it is a humid climate and cockroaches are to be expected.
