We relocated from NC in 2024 and found Broadmoor at Rivers Edge online. I spoke to Kari and April multiple times and they made us feel so comfortable with signing a lease without even seeing the property or the area. We even had our sleep number bed delivered before we actually arrived and they assisted them with getting access so we would have a bed to sleep in once we arrived. Quite possibly one of the best apartment complexes in the country. Rivers Edge is packed with world class facilities which include a state of the art gymnasium, huge beautiful swimming pool, covered BBQ area & Dog park just to name a few. The complex has both on site and secure undercover parking facilities. The complex is safe, secure and has a warm and friendly community. The property is immaculately maintained.
