I have been here a little over four years. The complex is always clean and well taken care of. I adore our super friendly and polite cleaning guy. He is always a bright part of the day, when we get an opportunity to chat. I have to give a huge shout out to Derek (sp) in Maintenance. The guy has some great situational awareness and being in the right place at the right time skills. Tragedy averted. Thank goodness I live above the garage. Thank you for your super prompt attention and clean up, Derek!
April and Kari were so nice and helpful with my tour, application and leasing process, and when I was moving-in. The neighborhood and location is great. The apartment and buildings themselves are very well maintained and clean. My overall experience so far has been great! I would highly recommend living here if you are apartment shopping!
Where did my older review go? Maybe management can make people take trash off their balconies so other tenants don’t have to deal with it.
My experience here at the Broadmoor at Rivers Edge has been nothing short of exemplary. Modern facility, appliances are name brand and high quality and last but certainly not least the management staff, maintenance folks and cleaning crew. Every interaction has been friendly, the few minor issues I ran into were immediately resolved. You cannot go wrong with living here!
