THIS is the place to live. After living here for four years now I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is incredible to work with. Always willing to help in any way they can. The community is great. Omaha is a walking distance with the new addition to the bridge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to live and not wanting to live in Omaha. Has a quick commute to Omaha if needed. Highly highly recommend!
This review is long LONG overdue. I have lived at Broadmoor properties for over eight years - first in college, then when we moved back to the area during the pandemic, and now life changes have brought me back to Broadmoor. I cannot say enough how happy I have been as a tenant in these properties. The floor plans are functional with lots of space and HUGE closets, the apartments are finished stylishly and the properties are well maintained with great amenities. We relocated from NC in 2024 and found Broadmoor at Rivers Edge online. I spoke to Kari and April multiple times and they made us feel so comfortable with signing a lease without even seeing the property or the area. We even had our sleep number bed delivered before we actually arrived and they assisted them with getting access so we would have a bed to sleep in once we arrived.
