I live at River Park and I am so happy that I chose this complex as my residence. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. Derek, who works in maintenance is awesome and Rachel and April in the office are great. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live with great amenities.
I LOVE Broadmoor! I live at Briarwood and they are always so friendly and quick to fix any maintenance need. Never took more than 1 day. Very happy!
Love the location! On nice days it's nice to take the path the the pedestrian bridge and walk to the Old Market in Omaha. The apartments are really homey and clean too. Watch out for parking by the golf corse though!
A great place to live and a great community to become part of.
Absolute garbage place in the siouxland area. If you have an issue of any sorts expect management to do 0 things about it.
