5 stars! I highly recommend the Wyndham Villas by Broadmoor. I've been renting apartments for over 10 years and this place has been the best place I've rented to date. No place is perfect, but this place is pretty great. I especially recommend the Wyndham Villas to dog owners and those who are tired of apartment living / looking for a great transition between renting and owning. I recently moved into Rivers Edge in Council Bluffs and it’s a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance team are always available for assistance or questions. It’s dog friendly with access to the dog park, pool, and fitness center. My view is a amazing!!! The grounds are very clean and the apartments have wonderful security. Your in walking distance to the pedestrian bridge with running trails and events that go on during the summer time! This place receives four out of four stars from me!!!!!

Riverpark by Broadmoor is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are both easy to work with and quick to respond. Riverpark has a multitude of amenities such as the New computer/office room, a gym, two pools, a dog park, and much more. The location is great as it is located close to the river where there is a beautiful walking/running trail.
