This has been one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had. From building management, maintenance and overall atmosphere, I’ve been impressed by every aspect. This is walkable to lots of excellent dining options. I love frequenting the farmers market and The Grove shopping center. Easily one of the cleanest parts of LA. The view from the 4th floor is exceptional if you have the opportunity to experience a 4th floor balcony with vaulted ceilings interior.
