I should have left this dental practice years ago. The primary dentist was rude, sarcastic and nasty.I stayed because this practice is near where I live, accepted my insurance and had fairly good reviews. Big mistake!! Since going to another dentist to follow up on a crown which had been rebonded by Braid St Dental I was told that I have a major infection in that tooth which should have been identified by this dental practice if they had taken the proper X-rays. Final statement!!!!!! I will be speaking to my attorney and further more this is insurance fraud. Telling me the day in the office that YOU don't accept my insurance after months of confirmation by my insurance and you have the Audacity to charge me.... Absurd!!!!!!! And I was seen by another Doctor to inform me that I Don't need a root canal by a well skilled professional, elsewhere. Not worthy of further commenting. I had a great experience with Ashley. She is very professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and explained things clearly along the way.
Been going there for a couple of years now. Dr. Andolino is nice but the staff are extremely rude! The nice people are gone from the reception desk. And they spring surprise bills at you with no proper explanation. Time to find a new provider!
