I would like to say Thank you to Paul Young the office manager/ I called on 10/20/2026 today regarding a maintenance request and the rude leasing agent that I spoke with was trying to over talk me and shown no empathy at all and she hung up on me. But thankfully the Manager Paul called me back and sent Luis the maintenance guy who was amazing and the request was fulfilled. Kudos to both Paul Young and Luis the maintenance guy for showing awesome customer service today.....
