Shayanty was very friendly and the property is worth what we paying for rent and the rest of staff is great too
I made an appointment to visit that property last Saturday. I was told that a unit would be available to view by the following weekend. While on my way to the property, 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call stating that her manager wouldn't allow me to see the unit. I explained that I was just interested in seeing the size of the rooms, and understood if it wasn't fully ready. Broad Ripple Trails is a quiet and peaceful place to live, with great neighbors. The price is competitive for a great area. I love being walkable distance to the monon trail and some wonderful restaurants and cafes. The buildings are a little older so that comes with certain challenges, but the new property manager Paul along with his team, Regina and Shayanti, are really doing a great job to level up the place. I appreciate having great staff here and kind maintenance people, such as Oscar and Larry!
