Now I see why there are so many negative reviews. Update: AC is out and I'm paying hundreds of dollars to live here. No window unit or technician was sent out. They claim it was raining but it wasn't when I called. They fixed my AC last time it rained. What's different now? It is humid and hot in my apt, 86 degrees. I was getting heat exhaustion, I have a pet too. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. My door needed to be fixed. I put in a work order and no mention of my door repair. My experience living there was ok.Moving out was not so good. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment. I have always got my full deposit back. But they said that they had to do a pet treatment on my floors because of a urine smell and charged me $150 of my deposit .There was no urine smell.They said the rest of the apartment was great.Why would I do everything so great as far as the cleaning goes and leave the bedroom smelling like urine??? The property manager were very kind and helpful . Our unit was clean and pretty well maintained . They provided state of the art appliances and the floors were brand new , no carpets but in the bedrooms ( which was also brand new ) ! My girls and myself really enjoy living here and I would recommend to rent here if you enjoy city life ! So much to do , we are 20 mins from downtown !
My door shakes horribly when others shut their doors in my building.. I put in a work order and no mention about my door repair. I'm hoping no more issues arise because I'm so tired of this nonsense.. I feel lied to about my building and apt, and there is no reason for that.. Every issue so far i encountered is a damper on my mental health.. I will update if something changes in the future..
